A shooting incident has occurred in Franklinton area and three people were injured in this incident.

Columbus police received a report about this incident and responded to it around 3.35 pm, this incident took place in 900 block of Campbell Avenue.

According to Columbus Police Press release, the victims were inside a parked car behind a house and suddenly unknown people came out of the house and started shooting at them. The victims were immediately taken to Mount Carmel West.

The victims are identified as Vivian Thacker, 43, Delane Brown, 38, and Tavaughn Collins, 26. Police said they are suffering from non-life threatening injuries.

The witnesses at the scene said that this incident took place suddenly and it was scary. No information about the suspects is yet released. Police are still investigating this case.
