Ex-convict arrested again in charge of murdering Ohio student

A sheriff's investigator has filed a criminal complaint against an ex-convict, accusing him of aggravated murder of an University of Toledo student. The arrest was made after the body of the boy was found.

James Worley, has been charged in the death of 20 years old Sierah Joughin. She was last seen on July 19 riding her bike in a country road with her boyfriend. The two parted ways after their ride, but Joughin did not return home.

Worley was initially arrested on Friday on an abduction charge in the disappearance. Fulton County Sheriff Roy Miller had not released much details on Friday except, "We have enough probable cause,".

The sheriff later confirmed that the remains were found in a cornfield on Friday and confirmed that it was of Sierah Joughin.

Investigators near Toledo has been looking into the possibility of additional victims because the circumstances of Joughin's death are similar to a 1990 abduction near Toledo.

In that case, the woman was able to fight off her attacker. Worley had been convicted and spent three years in prison for that crime.
