Manna Dey was gifted with a unique voice and style of singing that made him legendary. He started his singing career with Tamanna in 1942. His song in Zanjeer for Pran "Yari Hai Imaan Mera…." is very famous along with others like “Yemeri Zoharajabhi…” for Waqt and “Ek Chaturanar..“ for Padosan.
