Wear comfortable clothing – preferably something with some stretch in the fabric. It’s best not to eat for at least an hour before class. Arrive a few minutes before the start of class to register. Don’t forget to turn off your cell phone. If you don’t own yoga mat, you may borrow or purchase one at studio.
